Saturday - Feb 25, 2017.
The Chapter held it's metal detecting outing this year at Lori Wilson Park over in Cocoa Beach. This years dry winter didn't disapoint as this Saturday was warm and dry, making the beach a bit more crowded then past winter outings. With about 9 members hiting the beach, one would think we would of had some decent luck out there, but the morning search didn't show much more than the typical beach junk and a few coins.
After a bite to eat, a couple of members stayed on a bit more, and one of them did find a nice Silver necklace. Congrats to Steve.
